Worms can be very disturbing for your cat. Some worms are so tiny that you won’t even notice them. But they can really hurt your cat and make it feel uncomfortable.

It becomes necessary to use dewormers to get rid of these pesky pests and provide relief to the cat. However it is to be noted that dewormers do take time to take effect. It takes up to 2-4 days for dewormers to make its impact.

In some situations a second dose might be required. The worms will usually be fully gone in 2 to 3 weeks after you give your cat a dewormer.
