Cat and Humans see the world very differently. The reason for it is that cats eyes are not as much sensitive as humans when it comes to perceiving changes in brightness.
Also cats are partially colour blind and sees shades of blue and green. Cats can't see objects clearly from same distance as humans objects appear blurred if they are not close. Cats see better in a weak light . They can detect motion in weak light better than many other animals, this ability helps them in hunting. Some studies show that cats like yellow and blue colours more than red.
